PicSizer
Here's another nifty tool we talked about. It will resize any number of pics in a jiffy. You can only resize upto a max res of 1024 but I find that's perfect for the likes of Coppermine.
You can select a source folder and a destination folder, and have the resized pics renamed with your own prefix/suffix (for example _800 or _1024).
Should you select the max width to be 1024, it can scan the folder and resize anything larger to this, or, if you have any pics smaller - it can either leave them alone or enlarge them (not recommended for obvious image loss reasons).
You can of course, resize one-offs..
